Loredana is a nurse at the Careggi hospital in

Florence. In the middle of the period Covid she was busy every day to assist, putting her work and mission first

every day.

In the period of respite Loredana posed in studio for a portrait course.

For the modeling of the portrait, where used the Galestro Grigio. This material comes from the processing of the Galestro rock which originally comes from the Tuscan hills.

The Patina is achieved by overlapping in shades (glazing) of acrylic primary colors, in order to obtain the desired final tone. In this phase it is possible to see the first glaze and the beginning of the final part.
